According to  Education Week, Children Trends Database (04-28-2013):

• Over 85% of all Americans have a high school diploma or GED
• This is not good, but 60% of all black youth that dropout of school will statistically spend some time in prison.
• It seems way out, but more than 90% of all US jobs require a high school diploma or Government Educational Development (GED)
